Cook – Supervisor (Full Time, Day Shift)

Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience. Join Brothers of Mercy, WNY’s largest 5-star Senior Wellness Campus, consistently ranked among the region’s “Best Places to Work.” At Sacred Heart Home, part of our Continuum of Care, we’re seeking a Cook – Supervisor to prepare quality meals for residents in our assisted living community while helping oversee dining operations.

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a safe, sanitary manner
• Review menus and diet orders to determine types and quantities of food needed
• Prepare trays for residents with special dietary needs as directed by Health Services
• Assist the Dining Services Director in supervising dining staff to ensure quality service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
