Pay: $18.00 per hour;

Schedule:

Part‑time.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and build promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum age 18 years, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Experience downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical fitness for repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Tillamook, OR.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Hourly compensation: $18.00
