What You’ll Do:

The Lead Generator is responsible for generating leads from Home Depot members and providing effective customer service by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with Home Depot customers.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Proactively engage Home Depot customers to identify their needs, introduce company products and services, and convert leads into booked sales appointments by effectively communicating program value and benefits.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and aligning product features with customer needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Stay updated on company products, programs, and promotions to deliver accurate information and build customer trust.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals while continuously refining sales techniques to improve results.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company at Home Depot locations, ensuring marketing materials and displays are organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Develop relationships with store personnel to foster a successful partnership and improve store-level engagement.

What We’d Like You to Have:

Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available!

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing customer service experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience
