File Maintenance Clerk

Join C&K Market Inc. as a File Maintenance Clerk to maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the store.

The File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for computer input of Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) signs, advertisements, and unit pricing tags, hanging these signs in appropriate locations, verifying pricing accuracy of merchandise on shelves, printing reports, and inputting invoices for price confirmation.

• Accurately input TPR signs, ad signage, and unit pricing tags into the store’s computer system using a standard keyboard and 10‑key pad.
• Hang signage and pricing tags on shelves and displays in a timely and organized manner.
• Utilize a handheld scanner/device to verify price accuracy of shelf merchandise.
• Perform price file verification and resolve discrepancies between shelf tags and system pricing.
• Input and review invoices for price accuracy and perform data verification as needed.
• Print miscellaneous reports as required for pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Use hands, arms, fingers, and legs for tasks including computer input, tagging, and shelf verification.
• Lift 15–20 lbs occasionally.
