- Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, including presentations, proposals, and client onboarding
- Conduct product demonstrations and deep dives tailored to meet specific client needs
- 8+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or account management in digital assets, financial services, or fintech
- Strong understanding of finance and technical terminology with the ability to communicate effectively across both domains
- Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and a willingness to learn about new concepts like DeFi and NFTs
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Critical thinking skills and an ownership mentality
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency protocols, tokens, and market trends
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and product offerings
