What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Increase revenues across all of the employer's solutions by acquiring new client relationships
  • Represent the employer's products and services in client meetings and at industry events
  • Understand the regional market dynamics and competitor landscape
  • Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, including presentations, proposals, and client onboarding
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deep dives tailored to meet specific client needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or account management in digital assets, financial services, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of finance and technical terminology with the ability to communicate effectively across both domains
  • Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and a willingness to learn about new concepts like DeFi and NFTs
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Critical thinking skills and an ownership mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency protocols, tokens, and market trends
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and product offerings
