What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advisors to promote Wealthsimple for Business group retirement offerings
  • Partner with advisors to review quote specifications and present proposals to potential clients
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities and engage with C‑suite, VP, and Director level prospects
  • Build a deep pipeline of potential customers through outbound efforts and networking
  • Manage and organize 40+ opportunities in Salesforce while running a disciplined sales process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling or advising Group Retirement / Workplace Savings in the Canadian market
  • Proven track record of perseverance and success in sales
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision‑makers
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in uncertain environments
  • Location preference for candidates in Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia) or Quebec
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Gong
  • Bilingual in French
