- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within large, complex enterprises
- Build executive-level relationships to understand customer business objectives and position the employer as a strategic partner
- Collaborate with various teams to design and execute account strategies supporting Net ARR performance
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports that communicate value and business outcomes
- Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in Dev Sec Ops or SaaS solutions
- Proven background in selling to large, strategic accounts in Mexico
- Knowledge of the Mexican enterprise market, including key industries and decision-making dynamics
- Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion through consultative sales motions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline and customer adoption
- Familiarity with Git Lab and Salesforce in daily work
