Sales Trainee - New Grad

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide on‑site product demonstration support
• Select products for customers based on their critical quality requirements
• Manage, maintain, and grow an assigned sales territory while delivering results
• Develop a sales funnel for future growth opportunities
• Collaborate with peers and Sales Leaders to learn key skills for becoming an Account Manager

• 4‑Year college degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Commerce, Packaging, or other relevant fields graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate after training
• Work experience demonstrating strong ethics and a willingness to learn
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel) with good presentation and report writing skills
• Must be eligible to work in the country/Region without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

• Capable of lifting 35‑50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Comfortable in a production environment
• Self‑confidence, curiosity, ambition, and ability to lead others
