- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales engineering, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of the technical sales cycle and solution selling methodologies
- Experience designing and delivering effective technical training programs and content
- Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and other sales technology tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the data storage industry and high-performance computing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving program effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including engineering, product, and sales
