Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and sales engineers to identify key performance gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and content for sales engineers
  • Manage and maintain the sales enablement platform to ensure content accessibility and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new sales engineers to accelerate ramp-up time
  • Analyze sales engineer performance data to continuously improve enablement programs and measure their impact on revenue
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales engineering, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the technical sales cycle and solution selling methodologies
  • Experience designing and delivering effective technical training programs and content
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and other sales technology tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the data storage industry and high-performance computing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving program effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including engineering, product, and sales
