Commercial Sales Manager - Switzerland

• Lead commercial development for C&I PV and BESS solutions within Switzerland
• Build and expand strong relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, and strategic distributors
• Identify business opportunities, qualify projects, and drive them through the full sales cycle
• Provide technical and commercial proposals and guidance for larger PV and hybrid system designs
• Represent the employer at industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements in Switzerland

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales within the solar or broader renewable energy industry
• Proven experience selling C&I PV, BESS, and inverter-based systems
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach and ability to manage long sales cycles
• Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
• Fluent in German with strong English skills;
  French/Italian are a plus

• Willingness to travel across Switzerland and occasionally within Europe
