What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a team of Cardiology Account Representatives to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales personnel within assigned territories
  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing/sales initiatives

    Foster a winning culture by communicating the company's vision, mission, goals, and values to the team
  • Build and manage key relationships with priority customers and institutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/university
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare sales management within pharma specialty, hospital, or medical device/diagnostic sectors
  • Proven track record of high achievement in sales
  • Expertise in product launch and knowledge of the Medicare population is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in cardiovascular product categories
  • Multi-state management experience
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacies and IDN experience
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness
