What You’ll Do

The entry-level HVAC technician's role involves delivering preventive maintenance, conducting repairs on residential HVAC systems, and cleaning and sanitizing HVAC duct systems while providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, and company sponsored programs.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
  • Complete preventative maintenance task and inspections on HVAC equipment
  • Repair or replace defective equipment or components on HVAC equipment
  • Complete all air duct cleaning service calls by following company processes and procedures
  • Clean and sanitize HVAC duct systems and dryer vents
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
  • Educate and sell customers system upgrades/accessories and membership programs
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
  • Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well inventoried truck
  • Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and customer reviews
  • Assist with Retrofit installations during peak seasonal weather events
What We’d Like You to Have

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

  • The wage for this position is $20-24 an hour, plus bonus incentives
