Service Technicians (MFG) are multi‑functional teammates responsible for work in the manufacturing of modular buildings. Your work making our buildings ensures customers receive high quality, on‑time buildings.

An eye for quality and a commitment to safety is critical.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• framing and finish carpentry
• flooring
• roofing
• painting
• cabinetry installation and finishing
• window installation and finishing
• Are responsible, reliable professionals with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Act in accordance with safety, environmental, quality control, and other policies
• Perform required training, including online training
• Attend periodic safety meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete and submit required documentation on work as required

• High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of applicable experience
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
• The ability to attend work daily on-site at the assigned location
• Prior service technician or carpentry experience is required
