Qualifications

• Atleast2yearsofprovenexperienceasa Concrete Mason -Required
• Valid driver’slicense-Required
• CDLAand/orequipmentoperatorexperienceisaplus!
• Abilitytoreadblueprintsandsurveydatatomarkoutspecificareasaccurately.
• Understandingofconstructionprinciples,concretemixingandpouringtechniques,andfamiliaritywithdifferenttypesofconcreteandrelatedmaterials.
• Understandingofdifferenttypesofconcretemixesandfinishingmaterials,aswellastheirappropriateapplications.
• Strongcommitmenttosafetyprotocolsandpractices,includingknowledgeofOSHAregulationsrelatedtoconcretework.
• Abilitytoperformdifferenttypesoffinishesincludinghandtrowel,broom,exposedandcurbfinishes
• Familiaritywithstraightedges,screeds,andotherfinishingtoolsusedinmasonrywork
• Skilledinsmoothing,leveling,andfinishingconcretesurfacesusinghandandpowertools.
• Effectivecommunicationwithteammembers,supervisors,andclientstounderstandprojectrequirementsandcoordinatetasksaccordingly.
• Healthyphysicalconditionandstaminatoperformmanuallaborforextendedperiodsoftime.
• Keeneyefordetailtoachieveprecisecraftmanshipandmeetqualitystandards.
• Abilitytoworkefficientlyandmeetprojectdeadlineswhilemaintainingqualitystandards.
• Willingnesstoworkinvariousweatherconditionsandadapttodifferentprojectenvironments.
