As an Engineering Technician I, you will play a key role in keeping our resort running at its best. Your hands‑on skills and problem‑solving abilities will help create a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest. From preventative maintenance and everyday repairs to troubleshooting unexpected issues, your work will make a visible impact throughout the resort.

• Complete maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, and special projects.
• Perform general repairs, including painting, caulking, and facility upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues.
• Install and troubleshoot TVs, appliances, and in-room electronics.
• Use maintenance systems to document, track, and complete assigned work.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues.
• Follow established safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards throughout the property.
• Support resort operations with additional maintenance needs and projects as assigned.

• High school diploma required.
• 0–1 year of hands‑on experience in a trade or maintenance role, preferably in a resort or commercial environment.
• Valid driver’s license that must be maintained in good standing.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work with energy, focus, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and resort leadership.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
