Puro Clean, a leader in property emergency services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, and other conditions resulting in property damage. We are seeking remediation laborers to work with our mitigation team. No prior experience necessary.

Compensation: $18 to start. Rapid pay increases with demonstration of skill and motivation.

Responsibilities:

Bringing equipment into the customers' house and assisting in setting up drying equipment

Removal of damaged drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring

Demolition and hauling debris out of the customers' house

Post demolition cleaning

Leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance

Structural drying

Working in attics and crawlspaces

Documenting job and taking photos in a mobile app

Skills:

Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Some construction knowledge needed and ability to use hand tools/power tools

Ability to follow procedures

Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use mobile apps that are critical to our business

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation

Ability to think and make competent decisions

Be able to both work independently and/or with a team

Excellent attention to detail

Requirements:

Be reliable, dependable, punctual

Full-time position

Ability to meet the physical demands of the tasks associated with this position

Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug tests

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
