• Develop and maintain the employer’s line of civil engineering applications
• Take ownership of the functionality and designs you implement
• Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and compliance with use cases
• Research and explore new technologies as needed

• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing high‑quality software
• Proficient in C++ and experienced in C#
• Thorough knowledge of object‑oriented programming and design patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices
• Experience with XML and XSLT
