• Lead the evolution of the frontend platform, driving architectural decisions for scalable experiences
• Architect and implement complex user interfaces while mentoring others on best practices
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and enhance platform capabilities
• Provide technical leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between user needs and technical excellence
• Champion engineering excellence through comprehensive testing strategies and maintain architectural consistency

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with significant expertise in React and modern SSR frameworks (Remix, NextJS, etc.)
• Expert understanding of Graph
  
  QL architecture, including schema design and performance optimization
• Proven track record in delivering accessible, performant, and scalable frontend solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions across teams

• Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines
• Experience mentoring junior and mid‑level engineers to help them grow their skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
