• 10+ years of programming experience with mastery of software development
• Advanced expertise in designing and operating large‑scale fault‑tolerant distributed systems
• Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery principles and techniques
• Strong judgment and experience in driving critical decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  Spanish is a plus

• Experience building systems with public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Proven ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams
