• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build mobile applications (Android) for digital healthcare
• Dedicate 80-90% of your time to hands‑on coding while mentoring junior engineers

• Write clean, well‑tested code to maintain application stability and modifiability
• Drive the resolution of complex problems and advocate for new technologies

• 3-5 years of working experience in Android product development
• Strong command of Kotlin and understanding of its features and best practices
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable app architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Git Lab CI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written)

• Experience with Android frameworks and app submission processes
• Knowledge of design patterns like MVVM and MVC
• Curiosity and a focus on problem‑solving over being right
