• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience, particularly with scalable Python applications and APIs
• Proficiency with modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask
• Solid experience with relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (SQL Alchemy, Django ORM)
• Hands-on familiarity with distributed systems or microservices

• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, Auto Gen) or a strong interest in learning
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions
