What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the design and development of internal and customer-facing systems for feature visibility and lifecycle progression
• Own and evolve the architecture of multiple services that support release management
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and set long-term plans
• Drive initiatives that enhance feature discoverability, adoption, and reliability
• Mentor and guide engineers to elevate technical design and code quality

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in software development
• Strong programming and system design fundamentals
• Experience owning and evolving large-scale enterprise applications or platforms
• Proven track record of mentoring peers and teams
• Full-stack engineering expertise with experience in scalable backend services and web applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with release systems, feature flagging/gating, and phased rollouts at scale
• Experience with distributed systems and data platforms for reliability and auditability
• Background in shipping high-quality features that enhance customer experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence organizational priorities
• Experience with Go and React/Type Script (or similar modern stacks)
