• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions for complex problems
• Strong passion for building an open financial system that fosters global connectivity

• Experience in a company that underwent rapid growth from a small team to hundreds of engineers
• Familiarity with decomposing large monolithic systems into microservices
• Proficiency in Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
• Background in developing financial systems with high reliability and security
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain, including interaction with Ethereum and dApps
