• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, such as Java
• Experience with cloud-native or messaging technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, or Kafka
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging systems

• Expertise in any of the technical requirements mentioned above
• Additional experience in software architecture or system design
