- Familiarity with growth metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices
- Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
- Background in building financial, high reliability, or security systems
- Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with on-chain activity and blockchain-based services
