• Build and implement tooling for efficient development, testing, and production release
• Lead the design and development of release tooling to expedite code changes to production

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) in production
• Proven ability to build software with a product-first approach
• Expertise in at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn more about life sciences

• Experience shipping code quickly and understanding its real-world impact
• Empathy for customers and curiosity about their challenges
• Enjoyment of ownership in building key product components
