• Collaborate with product teams to influence and improve product offerings
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Java and Go services hosted in AWS
• Create customer-focused software within a distributed system
• Engage with engineering teams to translate internal and customer needs into technical requirements
• Develop automated processes for troubleshooting and incident management

• 4+ years of experience in designing and operating high-scale cloud-based systems
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience
• Familiarity with Java or Go and best coding practices
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other public cloud providers

• Prior experience with large-scale data stores on DynamoDB
• Experience in building and deploying multi-regional systems
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
