• Design and build backend services within a service-oriented architecture
• Collaborate with backend platform engineers, UI engineers, and product managers
• Drive feature delivery from technical design to production deployment
• Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in technical design reviews
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers while fostering continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including languages such as Java and Kotlin
• 3+ years of experience with backend distributed system design, development, and delivery, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• Experience with microservice architectures and hosted on Kubernetes and AWS
• Proficiency with continuous integration/delivery and strong understanding of GIT or similar version control systems

• Experience with Datadog, Spring Boot, Postgre
  
  SQL, Kubernetes, and Docker
