• Architect and develop distributed systems to support institutional products
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps

• Design and implement foundational infrastructure components for engineering teams

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous, high-impact problems
• Strong passion for building an open financial system that fosters global connectivity

• Experience in rapidly growing organizations (from 10 to hundreds of engineers)
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Experience in decomposing monolithic applications into microservices
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools like Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
• Background in building high-reliability financial or security systems, including crypto-related experience
