• Act as a technical leader for both research and engineering teams

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience
• Ability to collaborate with researchers and create scalable, maintainable software systems
• Expertise in modern programming languages, specifically Python, R, and/or C/C++
• Proficiency in developing software in a Linux environment with a focus on performance and correctness

• Previous experience with performance optimization of modeling code
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Strong understanding of data science packages in Python and/or R
