• Design, scope, and execute high-leverage projects that accelerate development and enhance the developer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the engineering organization
• Improve and maintain tools related to source control, builds, testing, code review, and integration
• Engage with developers to understand pain points and incorporate their feedback
• Continuously learn and enhance both technical and non-technical skills

• 5+ years of experience in identifying and executing high-impact projects
• 3+ years of experience in developer experience, infrastructure, or platform teams
• 3+ years of industry experience in large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Excellent communication skills for driving consensus and collaboration

• Experience with Go, Graph
  
  QL, REST, HTTP, gRPC
• Familiarity with mobile client CI/CD challenges
• Background in designing and implementing platforms
• Experience with multi-region, multi-provider deployments
• Knowledge of Git Hub Enterprise Server
