• Design, develop, and maintain firmware for DPUs in high-performance systems
• Implement and optimize peer-to-peer PCIe communication to reduce latency and CPU involvement
• Manage network device queues and handle doorbell interrupts for processing
• Architect innovative solutions and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Utilize debugging tools to diagnose and resolve PCIe and DPU issues

• BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering or 10+ years of relevant work experience
• 8+ years of combined experience in C/C++
• Expert proficiency in developing software/firmware on Nvidia Blue Field DPUs or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of PCIe peer-to-peer communication and memory-mapped I/O
• Proven ability to debug, profile, and optimize firmware performance

• Experience with P4 and Open vSwitch/Sonic
• Knowledge of EVPN-VXLAN
• Network driver development experience on Linux or embedded OS
• Experience with storage offload engines and computer networking domains
• Track record of technical leadership guiding teams without formal authority
