• Architect and build low-latency systems operating at over 1 million queries per second (QPS)
• Design and deliver secure and efficient systems for real-time workloads
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to launch integrations aligned with business needs
• Own critical platform features from design through rollout and adoption
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability risks proactively

• 10+ years of software development experience with expertise in Go or other high-performance languages (Java, C++, Rust)
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerized service architectures
• Proven ability to debug and stabilize production systems under high load
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and production workloads
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various teams

• Experience in digital advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), or high-volume transactional systems
• Familiarity with OpenRTB and/or Prebid protocols
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows, infrastructure as code (IaC), and observability practices
• Expertise in designing and scaling RESTful APIs, including performance tuning and security
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools to enhance productivity
