• Design and deliver high-impact initiatives for institutional clients, including transaction processing and policy controls
• Define and execute the team’s technical roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
• Solve complex challenges by understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions
• Lead incident response and ensure the reliability and scalability of backend systems
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, enhancing the team's technical capabilities

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with expertise in Golang, Graph
  
  QL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS, and blockchain protocols
• Proven track record of building resilient, scalable, and secure microservices
• Experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end and driving technical excellence
• Hands-on experience with blockchain network integrations and secure key management
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, security, and infrastructure teams

• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks
• Passion for blockchain technology with hands-on experience in crypto exchange applications or Web3 tools
• Familiarity with advanced cryptographic techniques, such as zero-knowledge proofs or secure multi-party computation (MPC)
• Understanding of SOC1/SOC2 standards or experience in regulated environments
