- Articulate a long-term technical direction for web and mobile platforms
- Build user-friendly interfaces using modern tools like React, React Native, and Typescript
- Develop a tangible roadmap in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and leadership
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in web app development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern, component-based UI frameworks such as React
- Familiarity with current trends in front-end architecture, including performance and security
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers throughout the product lifecycle
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
- Experience working on front-end teams in the finance or compliance sectors
- At least 1 year of experience in developing React Native mobile applications or transitioning existing apps to React Native
