YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to lead youth swimmers under the direction of the Head Swim Coach. You will teach strokes, run drills, and prepare practice sets while ensuring a safe, encouraging environment for all participants.
Ideal candidates have prior competitive-swimming exposure and relevant certifications (First Aid/CPR, lifeguard, or USA Swimming/ YMCA coaching credentials) and are ready to engage with the community and grow within the YMCA program.
