Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center located in Weston, FL. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.
Chick‑fil‑A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and are a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment focused on launching this new service to restaurants across the nation and we’re looking for the best Team Members in our industry.
Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (or as needed until work is done). 4‑Day Workweek (4 10‑hour days). The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products. - Safety First:

- Extreme Temperature:
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (‑10°F to 100°F) is required to keep our food safe. - Heavy Weights:
Reach, bend and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds. - Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage and company communications.
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
