Office Manager

Location:

Clackamas, OR (Onsite)

Pay: $24 – $28 per hour, DOE

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Full‑Time

What You’ll Do:

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the organizational hub of the shop — supporting the service team, handling administrative operations, and keeping the business running efficiently. You’ll interact with customers, vendors, technicians, and leadership to ensure everything stays on track.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage front‑office operations and customer communication
  • Handle invoicing, billing, AP/AR, and financial organization
  • Utilize Quick Books Desktop & Online for accounting tasks
  • Create work orders, track service jobs, and support scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendors
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and support daily workflow needs
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management
What You’ll Bring :

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping
  • Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Desktop & Online
  • Understanding of invoicing, billing, and basic accounting functions
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Strong organization, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Clackamas, OR
Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience in automotive, diesel, trucking, field service, or repair industries
  • Background with work orders, service scheduling, or vendor management
