We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in the education/training sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, handle a sales team, and oversee the entire business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Team handling experience.
• Lead and manage a team of business development executives and counselors.
• Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide guidance for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate client.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and promotional campaign.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
