Construction Superintendent

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage on‑site operations for commercial construction projects throughout Oregon. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in delivering high‑quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities from ground‑up through project closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure projects meet schedule milestones, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
• Resolve on‑site issues proactively and maintain a productive jobsite environment

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within Oregon
