Tina for Oregon is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Digital Director
. The Digital Director will oversee the campaign’s online presence and help shape its digital organizing and online fundraising strategy. They will lead digital grassroots engagement and produce creative content that drives action. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all of the campaign’s integrated digital strategy, including but not limited to: email fundraising, social media, content creation, digital fundraising, and website management
• Draft day-to-day and rapid social media content for accounts across platforms
• Work with online communities and partners to raise awareness, gather volunteers, and promote the campaign
• Track results of content across social platforms, report out to the team on top-performing posts and issues
• Write, edit, and manage online finance and mobilization content
• Develop and implement a plan for online outreach, including through relationships with online influencers and advocates
• Identify new opportunities for online engagement and track digital trends to grow the online program
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least two cycles of political campaign or other relevant digital experience
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with photography and audio/video editing.
• Experience using NGP, VAN, Google Suite, and video production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Desire and ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and team members at one time and complete all tasks ahead of tight deadlines.
• Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Location: Portland, Oregon

Position Type: Full Time

Salary:$7,000/month, commensurate with experience
