ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Paulson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
