Job Duties
- Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills to address and resolve both pre‑ and post‑order inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handles various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, managing an average of 10‑15 customer interactions per day.
- Gathers and analyzes customer feedback from interactions, documenting insights and reporting relevant information to improve service quality and address any emerging issues.
- Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of Sunstone’s products and services. Engages in informed discussions with customers to effectively address their needs and provide accurate information.
- Cultivates and sustains positive relationships with existing and potential customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.
- Reviews and processes Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timely handling to meet customer needs and project requirements.
- Reviews customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness in processing to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires 1‑2 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.

- The ability to effectively convey information and ideas through written, verbal, and non‑verbal means.
- The ability to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and make reasoned judgments.
- The ability to provide excellent service and meet the needs of customers or clients.
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively with others in various professional settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- The ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks or responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to organize and maintain an effective and efficient work environment.
- The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop and implement effective solutions.
- The ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to effectively manage one's time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
