As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your primary role will be to handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Listen actively to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify and esc priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
