This position is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, or concerns about products or services by performing the following duties.

Essential

Job Duties
  • Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills to address and resolve both pre- and post-order inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handles various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, managing an average of 10-15 customer interactions per day.
  • Gathers and analyzes customer feedback from interactions, documenting insights and reporting relevant information to improve service quality and address any emerging issues.
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of Sunstone’s products and services. Engages in informed discussions with customers to effectively address their needs and provide accurate information.
  • Cultivates and sustains positive relationships with existing and potential customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.
  • Reviews and processes Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timely handling to meet customer needs and project requirements.
  • Reviews customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness in processing to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires 1-2 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
