• Full-spectrum Pediatrics at an independent, community-owned hospital
• Clinic volume 16-18 patients/day
• Inpatient admissions average one per week
• Light 1:4 call rotation
• Newborn nursery rounding (no NICU)
• $350K base plus production and quality incentives ($400K+ potential)
• 7 weeks PTO and 6% employer retirement match
• $25K annual student loan repayment

• Subspecialty support, including pediatric psychiatry in clinic
