• Excellent Compensation:
  Competitive hourly rates (approx. $208,000 - $270,400) plus achievable monthly bonuses.

• Active Oregon MD/DO License
• Board Certified
• BLS Certified
• ACLS certification, preferred
• 4+ years experience, preferred
• Willingness to obtain CME for Civil Surgeon (USCIS) and DOT physicals

• Highly flexible schedules customized to ensure work/life balance
• Clinic hours:
  Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm;
  Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 6pm
