Programs Manager IIIE11C Annual Salary $62,235.40+ Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications- A master's degree and two years of professional experience
- OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
- Manages the Residential & Child Placing licensing programs.
- Directly supervises one PM II and four PFRs throughout the state.
- Researches & writes agency policy and regulatory rules governing the operation of residential child care facilities and child placing agencies.
- Maintains knowledge of current state and federal laws that affect the residential and agency licensing program.
Preference may be given to bilingual candidate.
