Behavioral Health Technician

We’re partnering with a school in Clackamas County, OR to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on providing behavioral support to young learners in an elementary school setting.

As a school-based RBT, you will work closely with students, teachers, and supervisors to implement individualized behavior plans and help students achieve their developmental and educational goals.

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday

• 2025/2026

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for assigned students.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
• Assist in creating a positive and structured learning environment.
• Support classroom teachers and other staff in behavioral strategies.
• Communicate with supervisors and parents regarding student progress.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff.
