Teaching (90-100%)

Service (0-10%)

• Master’s degree in biology or a related life science field.
• Evident commitment to educational equity.

• PhD, additional educational experience, and/or relevant professional experience.
• Teaching experience at the college or university level.
• Experience with, or understanding of, curricular and pedagogical evidence‑based practices at the undergraduate level.
• Experience and/or training in online instruction.
• Knowledge/implementation of best practices in the support of diversity, equity, and inclusion in previous instruction, employment, service, and/or research.
